This problem may be related to several factors; we will resolve it together.
First point:
- Have you checked if Garmin is connected to your Decathlon HUB? (https://account.decathlon.com/fr-FR/connected-applications)
Second point:
- Sometimes, our users create two Decathlon accounts by mistake, and during synchronization, the wrong Decathlon account is assigned to Garmin (please verify that it's the same address as Pacer).
Third point:
- Training type: Some sessions are not yet compatible with Garmin (trail sessions). If possible, try to see if it works with regular sessions.
