If you are encountering this problem and that you're using an Apple, for some users, the problem has been solved by below steps:
- upgrade your iOS version to iOS 17 minimum
- upgrade Kiprun Pacer app to the latest version (>1.7.2)
However, if you don't want, or can't, upgrade the iOS on your iPhone, you can then wait for our technical teams to fix the problem (it will take a few days)
